The Integration Lab was created to facilitate design and engineering requirements for telecommunication services based on SONET, DWDM, IP/MPLS, etc technologies, and to provide our customers the experience of friendship and congeniality all year round. This lab is for customers to have their design or concept validated for the following services:

1. System design development and testing
2. Proof-of-Concept testing and design validation
3. End-to-End Integrated network Management Design and Testing
4. Feature developments and feature enhancements validations
5. Maintenance of products including bug fixes, Level-2 and Level-3 support
6. Multi-platform porting and network migrations from one standard to other (ATM to MPLS)
7. Product and feature testing along with test automation
8. Product re-engineering activities
9. Node simulations, persistency support, equipment protection and system startup support
